Terms and Conditions

Products and Services

We supply high-quality, custom-printed workwear. All prices listed include one printed location on each garment unless otherwise stated.

Ordering Process

• All orders must be placed through our website or by email.
• Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
• A design proof will be provided for approval before printing begins.
• Once the proof is approved, the order cannot be cancelled or changed.

Pricing and Payment

• All prices exclude VAT (if applicable) unless otherwise stated.
• Payment must be made in full before production begins.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but confirmed quotes will be honored.

Turnaround Time

• Typical production time is 5–10 business days from proof approval.
• We aim to meet all deadlines but cannot be held responsible for delays outside our control (e.g., courier issues, supplier delays).

Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery charges will be shown at checkout or in your quote.
• We use reputable couriers to ship goods and provide tracking where possible.
• We are not liable for delays once the goods leave our premises.

Returns and Refunds

• Custom-printed items are non-returnable unless faulty.
• If your item is defective or we made an error, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
• We may request photographic evidence or that items be returned before issuing replacements or refunds.

Garment Quality and Printing

• We only use industry-recognised, high-quality garments.
• Colour variations may occur due to screen settings or garment fabric.
• We are not liable for issues resulting from incorrect sizing or care not being followed (see care instructions provided).

Intellectual Property

• You confirm that you have the right to use any logos, images, or text submitted for printing.
• We reserve the right to reject any design that includes offensive, copyrighted, or inappropriate content.

Limitation of Liability

• Blu.T Print shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.
• Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.

Risk

• All risk shall pass to the buyer on delivery to the address stated on the order

Payment of invoice

• Payment by you of our invoice to you confirms your acceptance of the attached quote and approval of all details contained within it.

Warranty and guarantee

No liability will be accepted by Blu.T Print or Craft Brickwork for consequential loss or damage or any other expenses resulting.

Artwork.

Artwork must be approved by the customer before printing. Where so approved any further changes may be charged for. Blu.T does not accept liability for errors however these may have been caused, which are evident in any proof and not indicated by the customer at the proof approval stage. Customers are liable for all costs correcting such mistakes once any proofs have been approved.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of England.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
